| I found this on my FaceBook feed from Kevin Sorbo :
This is what Mark Levine has been talking about--a constitutional convention by the states to get back to the laws of the Constitution.
This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on.
This is an idea that we should address.

35 STATES SO FAR.....IT'S GROWING
One message to forward!
Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.
This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on. This is an idea that we should address. For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress.
Their latest stunt is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform that they passed ... in all of its forms.
Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite ruling class that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop.
If each person that reads this will forward it on to 15 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.
This is one proposal that really should be passed around.
Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators, Representatives of Congress; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States ...."
Please keep this going.
PS: You can forward this message, or copy and paste it into a new message. We still have that choice! #obamacare #politics #Obama #Democrats #Republicans #health #insurance #taxes

| Shared. If it is so great, then why are they trying to exempt themselves from it? Gotta love our morons in government. | |

| The Healthcare clusterfuck known as Ovomitcare was never about healthcare at all... it was about eroding the Constitution, as is and was the goal of the current regime from day 1. | |

| I had to go to the ER Saturday because a cyst that was lanced had the wound become infected. When the financial lady came by she asked if I had any money to give her now, and said that some bank was giving out 3 year loans to pay off the bill. Now not only are the insurance companies benefitting from this, but banks as well from trying to force people to take loans to pay for ER visits if they have no insurance. It is a fucking scam, and the president knows it, as well Congress. | |

| 15% of Americans didn't have insurance. So we needed healthcare reform? How about offering 15% healthcare instead of forcing everyone to follow the program which has cost jobs and actually made insurance more expensive. | |

| I can't wait until the current regime is out of power so I can say what I really think about the whole lot of them.
We're damn near living under Communistic conditions in the US right now.

Exactly... and like I said, Ovomitcare was never about healthcare in the first place.

| ...and not only are premiums 3 to 4 times higher now, but most individuals will never meet the 6,000 to 12,000 dollar deductible in order to actually receive the benefits of their healthcare plan.
Other than individual who are sick, and the elderly... who the fuck spends $6,000 to $12,000 a year in doctor visits and drugs.
This is what happens when you repeat a lie over and again to a bunch of morons who think they're gonna get healthcare and "Obama Money" for free... the lie eventually become the truth for the weak-minded.

| Yep, this actually made healthcare worse for the average insured American than it did good. Bush also helped make it bad as well though. My buddy has to pay everything up to $5000 for hospital visits, and that was before Obama. He also works for a big company, but the insurance still isn't the best. Doctor's visits aren't as bad. Luckily he had it though because he had a $50,000 hospital bill from a heart attack. Technically it was a heart attack according to the T waves, but not one that actually kills parts of the heart. So basically it was so minor, you can barely call it a heart attack. | |
