There are some very inept individuals in U.S. government running the United States of America.
I thought this would be a great thread to compile some of the blatantly obvious foolish comments and statements made by individuals in government that some how get elected and keep getting re-elected... and we might as well include videos of those who have the right to vote simply by birthright.
It truly astounds me as to how such ignorant and moronic individuals could be holding office in government and Congress tasked with carrying out "the people's will" and acting on our behalf.

We might as well include governmental "mistruths" in this thread as well... and The "Affordable" Healthcare Act is a whopper of a series of lies with all sorts of concealed integrated taxes that will impact the majority of Americans.

That's simply not how things are done in a republic with a democracy as the means of governing... bills need to be read and understood before passing them, you don't pass bills to see "what's in them" before they become law.
