I know he's got some hardcore fans, but he's been caught with his hand in the cookie jar and is using this as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for his actions with the NSAC.
It's kinda funny about the whole timing for this decision... especially when his lawyers just stated a couple of days ago that they were gonna fight the NSAC.
I also read something about an official in Nevada getting on board with pursuing the case against Wandi either yesterday or today.
It's sounding to me like his lawyers probably said; "This shit isn't looking good for you, you're probably best-off cutting your losses, and quitting while you're ahead."
