| 7/24/2014 Okay I get hyping fights and rivalries, but bringing your small children into it? This is a lack of good judgment on Jones' behalf. I don't think I have seen anything as despicable as this in the UFC. I'm sure there has been, but bringing your child into this? She doesn't know that you could seriously get hurt in this sport. She doesn't understand that this is bad behavior on your part to involve her in a shit talking campaign. Hype the fight, but keep your children out of it. I know you probably thought this was funny. It is not. Just because you make money fighting doesn't mean that your are exempt from teaching your child that fighting is the last resort in any conflict. Teaching them that violence is good is just bad parenting. Even if you do get paid to do so. Hype the fight, but keep your children out of it. Absolutely despicable!

| We all know that when Jones handles his PR work he doesn't do it well.
This is probably motivated by the fact that Jones thinks his little girl being in the "limelight" just might earn her a position in the entertainment industry.
I'm sure he's been approached by casting agents about getting his children involved in the entertainment industry... but I agree with Damon, this is not the vehicle for that endeavor nor promoting / hyping his fights.
Take her on castings for commercials if you want her to become famous... but not this. | |
